If you are unsatisfied with the items you purchased, then just return it within 5 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange. If the defection is not a result of our fault, customers will be required to cover shipping costs both ways. And please make sure the items you send back to us is in the original packaging, and the merchandise is in the same and good condition.

Step 2: After sending the return/exchange mail, you will receive authorization and return address by email within 24 hours.
Step 3: Send the return parcel to our warehouse and email us the return proof, such as tracking number, copy of shipping receipt, or a picture of the return package.
Step 4: Get coupon or refund.
Step 5: Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for arranging shipment.

Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before being shipped.
Items can be returned or exchanged generally for any reason, for quality or size problems or others accepted by our customer service.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, and the merchandise is in the same and good condition
Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Missing Items and Partial Delivery
We arrange the shipping from different warehouses and in some cases we may have to split your order so that you can receive some of your items faster. Please rest assured, if we make a mistake, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
Please be sure to check your order and package contents carefully before signing for the package.
Returns for orders pay by Gift Cards, Cash Coupon or Store Credit
Refunds can only be made to the gift card, cash coupon or store-credit used for the original purchase. Please retain the gift card, cash coupon and/or store credit information after your online purchase, for future reference.
If you have received a damaged item or you have received incorrect items, please contact our customer service or send mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
A photo of the damaged item(s) must be included in the email.
- Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Please do not return directly to the address on the package, contact our customer service to get a detailed guidance.
- As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account.
- If customer service offer a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied on will not be returnable or exchangeable, only the part of the payment that's exceeding the coupon value can be refundable.
All return packages MUST include a completed copy of the SimplyOnly Return Form.
Returns intended for a refund will be automatically processed within 30 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
SimplyOnly is not responsible for additional taxes and custom fees associated during the returns.
SimplyOnly is not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.
