Do you ship the item to my country?

We ship worldwide.

 

How long will I receive items after I place an order?

Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.) You can click here for more details.

 

How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?

When items are shipped out, we will send notification to your registered email address. The tracking number might not be available until a few days after been dispatch, we will update the tracking information once it is available.

 

How to track my purchase?

Once you get the tracking number, you can check the item delivery status online by accessing the website of the related delivery company.

 

Why is my tracking number invalid?

Please do not worry, sometimes, the system of the couriers need some time to update information, usually in 2-3 business days. You can try it after a few days.

 

Do I need to pay for Tax and Customs Duties?

As per our data, only less than 1% of the package was opened and checked by customs of destination country. Customers are responsible to pay for the taxes if import taxes are charged.

 

The shipping time is an estimated time. Why is it an estimated time?

Because there are many reasons which can't be controlled, now we list two main reasons which may happen:

1. It is delayed by the weather.

2. It is delayed by the Customs and waiting to clear the Customs.

 

How to cancel my order?

Please contact our customer service to assist to cancel the order.

Your order begins processing immediately after you make the payment.

Our processing time is about 1-4 business days, during processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once you received your tracking number by email, it cannot be canceled.

 

Why am I being asked to "Verify" my payment?

Because your order been held for a standard anti-fraud check by SimplyOnly.

We want to avoid fraudulent and unauthorized payment.
